Navigating the therapeutic process can feel challenging at times. However, this is a process that you do not have to go through alone.

I view therapy as a collaborative effort between the therapist and client, while still maintaining a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I intend to help my clients through this journey so that they can take the next steps in leading a well-balanced, prosperous life. I do this by considering the importance of interpersonal relationships and connections, given that we are all connection-seeking individuals.

I also operate through a multicultural lens, examining the ways in which culture plays a role in our lives and how we relate to others. I take an eclectic approach to therapeutic interventions, using techniques from evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that cater to my clients' needs.

My experience includes - but is not limited to - working with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, dating/relationship/marital issues, grief/bereavement, identity issues, and work-related stress.

I use my experience and skills as a way to inform my practice, and create an environment that is beneficial to the growth of my clients no matter their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic standing, religion or ability.

All are welcomed and accepted in the therapeutic journey!
