A major step in self-care is attending to the needs of your inner world, understanding who you are and your strengths, and working on shifting the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that may be holding you back from being the best version of yourself.

I believe in providing a safe and supportive environment where we develop a therapeutic relationship free of judgment for you to explore the thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from your full potential.  I am a student at New York University completing a master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness.  I have a strengths-based, person-centered approach to working with clients.

My background is in children’s ministry, where I was drawn to supporting families in my community when they were going through crises, letting them know they did not have to walk through their struggles alone.  My greatest joy came from seeing them find solutions that helped them grow in confidence.

I will bring that same level of compassion, care, attentiveness, and support to our therapeutic relationship.  I’ll hold space for us to engage in open and fruitful conversations about where you are in your healing journey, and the steps you’d like to take to move toward balance. If this resonates with you, then we can work collaboratively toward meeting your goals.  Everyone deserves to be well and feel comfortable in their own skin.  I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and support you.
